The AIMRI Honorary Industrial Doctorate Program is a prestigious recognition by the AIMRI for individuals who have made exceptional contributions to their respective industries or achieved remarkable lifetime accomplishments in their fields of expertise. This program is a testament to the enduring commitment to excellence within the industrial landscape. It symbolizes the highest recognition an individual can receive from the institute for their invaluable contributions to the industry.
AIMRI Honorary Industrial Doctorates are bestowed on individuals after carefully evaluating their credentials based on their significant industry contributions and enduring impact. The event unfolds in a grand ceremony where distinguished guests, including industry leaders, gather to witness this exquisite event.

Eligibility Criteria

To launch or run a company with minimum 100 cr. Asset/ Annual Turnover or with 100+ Employees.
Minimum 25 years of Industrial Experience
To have an online or TV channel released Video presentation on Experience/product of around Ihr or 3x20min Conference presentation
To have a Published Professional Biography as Thesis (to be Approved by AIMRI) covering details Personal life, Professional Career, Organization/ Product, Challenges Faced in life, Contributions to the Industry, Contributions to Society including Charity, COVID Impacts and Survival Strategy, Policies, Ethics and Corrective Actions in Life and Tips for Next Generation etc.. as a public reference material. **

** A professional biography of the nominee or a published work by the nominee is mandatory, as a thesis. In case the candidate doesn't have a Professional Biography, AIMRI shall help you create one to satisfy the criteria.

Dr. Ind. Emanuele Grimaldi

Chairman - International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) President & Managing Director - GRIMALDI EUROMED S.P.A.

Born in Naples, Italy in 1960, Emanuele Grimaldi started his career at his family's Grimaldi Group, and soon rose to top management positions in Italy and internationally. Over the past 20 years, Grimaldi has been instrumental in significantly expanding the Group's Euro-Mediterranean short sea and motorway of the sea services. He currently serves as President and Managing Director of several Grimaldi Group companies and Chairman of Finnlines. He has been actively involved in shipping industry organizations, serving as Chairman of the International Chamber of Shipping, Past President of the European Community Shipowners' Association, and in leadership roles for Italian shipping associations. He has also been recognized with honors including Commander of the Order of the Lion of Finland for his contributions to developing maritime logistics and motorways of the sea.

Dr. Ind. Rado Antolovic

CEO- Dry Docks World - Dubai (LLC)

He has over three decades of extensive experience in leading maritime projects and port management. Throughout his career, he focused on directing strategy and operations, to drive innovation and large-scale transformation across international ports in Australia, Hong Kong, the EU and Russia. In his previous roles as CEO of NCSP JSC and a number of senior positions within DP World, P&O, APL and his seagoing experience with MOL, he successfully set-up, restructured, and managed their transformation to accelerate growth. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he has a passion for sports, having successfully represented the Yugoslavia Olympic team at the Moscow Olympic Games in 1980. He is currently the CEO of Drydocks World.

Dr. Ind. Ahmad Golchin

He is the founder &CEO of the phars film group also credited as the father of the middle east film cinema. Educated in Iran, he established himself as a reputed publisher. Due to an onset of war in his country, he later left his publishing career behind and relocated to the UAE carrying a Persian dubbed Mexican language film in hand. Since that day, he has been building the foundations to what is now the largest and most successful film empire in the middle east. Mr. Golchin’s partnerships and investments span the middle east and operate in as diverse sectors as distribution, exhibition, post-production, media, hospitality, property development and property management.

He is a Forbes-listed Indian Leader and Chairman of ITL-Cosmos Group. A visionary entrepreneur endowed with unfailing business acumen, for more than 60 years, he has been a father-figure to many young entrepreneurs. A Truly multi-faceted, he is a community leader, spokesperson of the non-resident Indians, writer, theatre actor, cultural ambassador, and social organizer.
